Q: How do I pay?
A: ALL payments transactions are done thru PayPal.


Q: Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay?
A: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to pay.  You are prompted to follow instructions for payment after you click on the checkout button.


Q: Can I return my necklace/earrings/clothi

A: We do not offer a refund or exchange on jewelry products or clothing items due to Covid-19. All jewelry sales are final NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

Q: How can I use a store credit?
A: Store credit may be used for shoes, jewelry, clothi
ng ONLY.Refund can be given ocertain circumstances but must allow 5-10 business days.


Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping/handling is based on the quantity in your cart.

Priority shipping starts at $8.00 and up

Q: Is there a pickup option so I wont have to pay shipping and handling charges if I live in the surrounding 804 area?
A: Yes, if you live in the surrounding 804 area  (Richmond, Petersburg, Chester, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Hopewell, Prince George) you do have the option to select pick-up during checkout on Pay Pal.
B: If you place an order on Friday...arrangements can be made for pickup for the next business day. This can subject to change if the owner has time to meet with products on the weekends. The owner picks the pickup location.

To pick up your product, make arrangements by emailing dzirableshoes@gmail.com.  Products should be picked up 1-5 business days after ordered.
IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN THE SURROUNDING 804 AREA, PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THE PICK-UP OPTION. PLEASE CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL AND THE PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU

Q: The shoe I ordered doesn't fit, too big/small or I don't like them. Can I get a full refund?
A: We know you'll love your DZirable items, but if for any reason you are not content with your selection, you can exchange it for another item or receive a store credit for shoes/clothi
ng ONLY. We accept returns up to 5 days from the date of shipment. Items must be in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. We  require a $5.95 restocking fee for all items returned, which is taken out of your store credit. The remainder amount from your store credit will be what you have left for purchasing. Shipping cost for exchanged and returned products are at the expense of the customer with the exception of orders received in error.

All merchandise must meet these guidelines:

  1. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition. If you are thinking about returning a pair of shoes for exchange or store credit, we recommend trying them on in a  carpeted area for a limited time. Shoes cannot have any scuff marks, bent, tears, street marks or any other scratches on the shoe for exchange or store credit.

  2. Your return package should contain the undamaged box and original packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.

3.  You are responsible for packaging and shipping/handling cost.

Q: How long is my store credit good for?
A: Store credit is good for 3 months.


Q: Will my order be shipped the same business day?
A: ALL orders are shipped 3 to 5  business days after payment has been received.  No orders are shipped after 5pm on Friday. No orders are shipped on  holidays. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that you use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification. An email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.


Q: How long does it take for my products to arrive?
A: Please allow 4-10 business days for all products to arrive. Some products may arrive earlier depending on your state residence. We are currently not offering international orders at this time. This is subject to change at even given time.

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: ALL products are shipped Priority mail u
nless otherwise notified to use another method. .

Q: What shipping company is used?
A: ALL products are shipped via POST OFFICE or USPS or other shippi
ng methods.

Q: If an order is out of stock, can you re-order?
A: Yes, if a product is out of stock and you still would like to purchase the product, please send an email with the product description. If the product is in stock, it will be ordered and a personal PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address for payment and will include s/h charges.

Q: What is the highest shoe size you carry?
A: A size 11 is the highest shoe size (this is subject to change). Some shoes may stop at size 10, due to the manufacturer of the shoe.

Q: I purchased some shoes/clothing on sale...would I be able to get a full refund if they doesnt fit or store credit?
A: Products sold at a reduced price are purchased as a Final sale items. We do not offer full refunds, store credit, or exchange on final sale items.

Q: Do you have a store?
A: No, this company is a home based business.

Q: Do you host jewelry/shoe parties?
A: YES, we do host jewelry/shoe parties. We require 3 to 4 weeks notice for a shoe or jewelry party in the local 804 area. If a shoe/jewelry party is out of the owner's traveling area, traveling fees will be added. A contract will be given to each host of the party and a $50.00 reservation fee is required prior to securing the event date. If the party is cancelled the $50.00 reservation fee is NON-REFUNABLE. Any other circumstances of cancellation may be waived to the owners discretion.

A minimum of 10 attendees is required to attend the host party (this is subject to change).

*Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after the product has been dropped off.  We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in delivery*
